The Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborative includes representative from MSCA, BOMA Greater Minneapolis, CoreNet Global, IREM, MNCAR, MNCREW, NAIOP, and ULI, along with individual members from the commercial real estate industry, its partners and students.

The MNCAR vision is to be the preeminent resource connecting knowledgeable, commercial real estate brokers in Minnesota. MNCAR aims to serve as a flagship model to other real estate associations and to provide industry leadership nationwide.

Network of professionals involved in building ownership, management, development and leasing. BOMA is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends. Members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties.

MSCA's mission is to provide a forum for exchange of information among shopping center developers, owners, managers, brokers, investors, retailers and all professionals serving the Minnesota retail real estate industry for mutual benefit.

IREM has been the source for real estate management professionals to build, connect and grow. An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM is dedicated to providing education, resources, information and opportunities to real estate management professionals.

ULI initiates research that anticipates emerging land use trends and issues, proposing creative solutions based on that research. The members of the Urban Land Institute are community builders, the people who develop and redevelop neighborhoods, business districts and communities across the U.S. and around the world.
